Services

All transactions are researched manually. There is no "data dump" involved. Conveyance forms in each county are evaluated to determine the property's commercial potential.

All transactions are presented with a property record card detailing the improvements and a GIS map of the site and surrounding area.

All applicable deeds and other official records are reviewed to verify conveyance information.

An extensive search of public record is made to obtain grantee contact information to aid in the user's verification process.

Local newspapers are reviewed and cited when articles are available regarding real estate sales.

All properties are individually photographed as close to the sale date as possible. When photos are taken, we also make note of the surrounding area, presenting relevant information in the comments section of the sale write-ups.


Additional Information

If your project doesn't require detailed sale information, we can provide a list of sales (in Excel format .xls) based on your parameters. For instance - all office buildings in northeastern Franklin County containing more than 50,000 SF that have sold since 2004. We can tell you all the car washes or all the hotels, etc., that have sold in the last three years or the last 15 years.

We have experienced research personnel available for specialized searches as well. If you have a project outside Franklin and Delaware counties, we'll do the leg work for you. From searching courthouse records to photographing the property - whatever research you need, we can help.
